Around June 1, 2009....
we are going to welcome our first baby into our family. I went to the doctor today and they did an ultrasound. Here's pictures of our baby at 11 weeks:

I am so excited for you! It is so fun to have that first ultra sound for the first baby! Can't wait to see more ultra sound pics and watch you grow...in more ways than one! ;) Love you!!

Pete & Kira...we are so excited for you guys. Melissa told me a week or two ago. When you see that ultrasound with the heartbeat and hear the heartbeat everything goes away and you feel so good!! Hope you are feeling good & don't have any morning sickness!! By the way if you don't know this is Holly Walton, Melissa's sister!! Take care

I was coming to your blog to give you that chicken salad you were asking for..a craving, perhaps? Just as a note, I do 3 parts sour cream to 1 part mayo. I don't like to drown in my mayo. Elegant Chicken Salad
3 cups cooked, cubed chicken
11/2 cups diced celery
3 tablespoons lemon juice*
1 cup seedless grapes (green or red)
1 cup nuts (may use slivered almonds, chopped pecans or walnuts)
Mix dressing the night before: 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup mayonaise
Toss the chicken, celery, lemon juice*(if grapes are particularly tart, omit lemon juice) one hour before serving. Add the grapes, nuts, and dressing just minutes before serving. Serve on lettuce leaf with fresh fruit or on crossiants.
